Our Platform integrates with third-party services and APIs to provide enhanced functionality:

• Riot Games API: We use Riot Games API to access and display your League of Legends profile information, including summoner data, rank statistics, and profile icons. By using our service, you authorize us to access this information through Riot Games API for display purposes only.
• Discord API: We integrate with Discord API for authentication and to display your Discord presence and status on your profile.

These third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. You agree to comply with their terms when using our Platform.

Account Policies

Each user is limited to one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in the removal of additional accounts without notice.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Accounts are intended for individual use only, and sharing credentials with others violates these Terms of Service.

Pricing and Fees

All displayed prices are shown before applicable taxes, fees, and additional charges. The final cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout, including all relevant taxes and fees that may vary based on your location and purchase details.

For custom badge purchases, initial modifications are included in the purchase price. Additional changes may incur a fee of 2.99€ per modification, with potential discounts for bulk changes.

Refund Policy

Payments made to gank.lol are typically non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only in cases where the issue is caused by our platform or service errors.

Intellectual Property

gank.lol and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws in the United States and internationally. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights from us to you.

Limitation of Liability
